Azienda Agricola Roccolo Grassi

In the Val di Mezzane, at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level, the efforts of the Roccolo Grassi Agricultural Company focus on its 16 hectares of vineyard, which aims to follow nature by respecting its times, the vines, and their capacity to express themselves.

It carefully prunes each individual vine, tries to contain grape yields, and aims for perfect ripeness; this is done through environmentally conscious viticulture.

In addition to the vineyard, the company includes 2 hectares of forest, 1 hectare of olive grove, and various fruit trees: this creates a unique ecosystem for producing healthy and high-quality grapes.
