One hundred and fifty years of tradition is an important heritage, a wealth of experience and knowledge, stories and values that we want to preserve and spread through wine.
The vineyards are located in the Val d’Illasi, where the limestone soil of Valpolicella meets the volcanic soil of Soave, allowing for the production of both types of wine. The soils, thanks to the different microclimates, produce grapes that best enhance the wines in their typicity and allow for the experimentation of various old native grape varieties. A gift that the land offers, an opportunity to evoke emotions, the chance to preserve and pass on respect for the territory and the constant pursuit of quality.
In Illasi, above the aging cellar of Villa Canestrari, a Wine Museum has been set up, where the passion for wine culture can be felt and gratitude is expressed for the work of our ancestors who have preserved documents and equipment for over a century that enthusiasts can today rediscover and admire during guided tours.
