The Church of Saints Salvatore and Biagio is the first historically documented in the Municipality of Vestenanova: its foundation dates back to the 10th or 11th century. It was rebuilt in the 15th century and elevated to the status of a rectory in 1529. It was subsequently demolished and rebuilt between 1626 and 1640. It was then again demolished between 1855 and 1856 and reconstructed in its current forms as it was insufficient to accommodate the faithful.
The façade is in neoclassical style with a rectangular entrance portal, embellished with a small pediment and topped with a semicircular window. It is framed by two pairs of columns with Corinthian capitals. These support the architrave upon which rests the pediment decorated with a zigzag cornice. At the center of the tympanum is a hexagonal oculus; at the lateral vertices stand two small statues representing the patron saints.
Internally, it has a single rectangular nave. The presbytery is square-shaped, raised and narrower than the nave, and concluded with a semicircular apse. Along the sides of the nave, near the presbytery, open two side chapels housing respectively the altar of the Madonna on the left, and the altar of the Sacred Heart (or of Saint Biagio) on the right.
An opening in the center of the right side allows connection to the weekday chapel, which extends along the side of the nave. Adjacent to this is the rectory, with its front set back from the façade of the church.
