The Church of S. Geronimo in Mambrotta was built during the 17th century by Da Vico family of Verona. The building was rebuilt in its current form in 1863 according to a design by the architect Don Angelo Gottardi, the year in which it also became a parish.
The building features a gabled neoclassical façade, with a double pair of pilasters with Corinthian capitals, topped by two friezes and a pediment. The bell tower is attached to the eastern side of the apse.
The spatial layout consists of a single octagonal nave, to which four arms are joined, marking the two main axes, with a raised presbytery concluded by a semicircular apse along the longitudinal axis, and two chapels with altars along the transverse axis. The latter host the altar of the Madonna on the western side and the altar of St. Joseph on the opposite side. The nave is adorned with elegant frescoes, and it is punctuated by slender angular pilasters of composite order set on a high base. The internal flooring is made of slabs of red Verona marble and white limestone.
