The church of San Vincenzo Ferreri in Fittà was built in 1901, requested for the convenience of the faithful, who previously had to go to Castelcerino to attend the Holy Mass.
The establishment as a Parish dates back to 1930, the year Fittà received its own pastor, Don Nicola Modesti, who was the first and only parish priest to reside in Fittà.
The expansion in its current forms was carried out in 1940-1941, the church was enlarged due to the demographic trend that had occurred and that seemed to be shaping up for the future. The parish priest and his people carried out the enlargement of the church at the beginning of World War II: it served for that time and also for some time after, but by the 1960s the population began to decrease inexorably.
Recently realized (in 2001) was the restoration project of the church's roof and the parish premises. The building features a gabled facade facing east. A belfry above the roofing slope of the weekday chapel (to the north of the presbytery). The plan layout consists of a single rectangular hall with two lateral semi-chapels with altars (the altar of Our Lady of the Rosary on the southern side and the altar of Saint Joseph on the opposite side), a quadrilateral presbytery raised by two steps and concluded with a polygonal choir on three sides.
The nave is covered by a coffered wooden ceiling decorated with ornamental tempera motifs, while the presbytery is closed by a simple flat false ceiling made of reed plastered and decorated towards the intrados. The interior facades are characterized by an elaborate polychrome pictorial decoration enriched with mural paintings. The flooring is made of cement tiles with a mix of polychrome marbles. The roofing has two slopes with load-bearing wooden beams and a covering of terracotta tiles.
