The church is dedicated to Saint Lucia and was built in 1645 with a single nave. In 1925, the parish of Lobia was established, and on that occasion, the church was expanded with two side naves.
The façade is gabled, facing west, and shows the internal division of the building, with the two side naves featuring a portal and a rectangular window. The central portal with a broken pediment dates back to the ancient church. Four Tuscan pilasters support the entablature and the pediment; at the pinnacle of the façade, there is a large metal cross.
Internally, the church has three naves, with the side naves divided from the central one by two rows of serlianas supported by marble Ionic columns. In the side naves, there are two Baroque altars belonging to a pre-existing church: on the left, the altar of Saint Anthony of Padua, and on the right, the altar of Our Lady of the Rosary. Also on the right side, there is a 17th-century altarpiece, perhaps from the ancient main altar, depicting San Zeno, San Rocco and Santa Lucia presenting themselves to the Blessed Virgin Mary on a throne with the Child.
In the apse, there is a fresco depicting the Good Shepherd, while on the ceiling of the nave, Santa Lucia ascends to heaven.
