The Contri family started operating in the oil sector towards the end of the 1800s, when the olive plantations of Val Tramigna and the surrounding valleys were not yet very developed, and all the processes of processing olives for their transformation into oil were carried out manually.
Today, although the company remains a craft business that takes care of olive processing, a modern state-of-the-art system for cold extraction has been implemented, which ensures a greater quantitative and qualitative yield, enhancing all the organoleptic properties of the oil to make it a high-quality product.
Opening times
From Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
