The restaurant offers dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, which is why the menu changes often.

In the menu at La Nube, you'll also find hamburgers, sandwiches, and pizzas made with organic flour from Molino Rosso or rice flour for gluten-free pizzas, baked in a dedicated oven.

The Scrocchiarelle, on the other hand, are made with a high-hydration dough: crunchier and with a larger crumb structure.

La Nube is also the ideal place for a satisfying breakfast, with its rich selection of brioche and sweets like tiramisu, cheesecake, millefoglie with Nutella or berries, rose cake, and sbrisolona.

In the summer, it's also possible to taste their artisanal ice cream.
