Tenuta Solar

Tenuta Solar is a family-run winery located in the heart of Monteforte d'Alpone, in the province of Verona, within the classic Soave zone. Founded by the Bolla family, with historical roots in Veronese viticulture, the winery represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Housed in a typical Venetian courtyard – an ancient farmhouse that serves as the operational center for production – it is surrounded by the volcanic hills that characterize the territory.

The company philosophy is rooted in respect for nature, with a focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and the enhancement of the local terroir. The goal is to create authentic, non-intrusive wines that accompany the palate without overshadowing it, reflecting the deep connection with the volcanic soil and the microclimate of the "Val de l'acqua".

The "jewel" of the facility is the fruttaio, an environment dedicated to the drying of Garganega grape bunches for the Recioto: here, instead of spreading the grapes as per ancient tradition, they are hung on nets for optimal aeration.
