The complex is located near the hamlet of San Vittore, oriented north-south, with the main body parallel to the state road connecting Colognola ai Colli to Soave.
No information is available about the original structure, but the design is reminiscent of the classical taste of 19th-century Verona. The main body is flanked by a series of attached buildings arranged in an "L" shape, forming two courtyards: one to the north for service and the other to the south characterized by the two large flowerbeds of the garden.
Access to the main courtyard is through a long avenue aligned with the main building. The latter, with a simple architectural composition, is divided into three parts: two lateral wings and a central body marked by the presence of a relief tympanum softened by two light side volutes and sculptural elements.
The openings on the ground floor, three on each side and symmetrically arranged across the entire façade, are enriched by stone elements adorned with cornices, while those on the upper floor are simpler and smaller in size. A large arched doorway indicates the main entrance.
On the west side, a tower interrupts the continuity of the eaves line.
