Verona Card is your key to the city, unlocking its rich cultural heritage and helping you save!
This combined ticket gives you free entrance to the main sights in the city, from the Arena to Juliet’s House, from Castelvecchio to the Archeological Museum at the Roman Theatre.
There are two versions of the card available: a 24-hour card for €27 and a 48-hour card for €32. And that is not all: with the Verona Card, you can travel on buses in the city for free!
The VeronaCard is valid for the first use (museum entrance or bus ride) and continues for the next 24 hours or 48 hours.
Before using the VeronaCard, check the times of the sites you can visit.
The following places offer free admission to Verona Card holders:
In the city:

- Arche Scaligere tombs (open only in specific periods),
- Church of Sant’Anastasia,
- Church of San Zeno,
- Juliet’s House (it is mandatory to book the time of the visit on the website: www.museiverona.com),

- Adige Rafting: 5 euros off adult tickets and 3 euros off children's tickets;
- Arena di Verona Opera Festival: reduced ticket price if applicable;
- CitySightseeing Verona: discount of 5 euros on the adult daily ticket and 2.5 euros on the children's (5-15 years) daily ticket directly on the bus;
- Saba Arena car park: 10% discount on hourly rates at the ticket office;
- SIM Shakespeare Interactive Museum: 25% discount on ticket fares;
- Tourist Train around the city centre: price reduced to 4 euros;
- Stow Your Bags (Luggage store with lockers): 10% discount with code 228765.
Outside the city:
- Nicolis Museum, Villafranca (VR): reduced price of 12 euros, free for children up to 18 years old;
- Park Giardino Sigurtà, Valeggio sul Mincio (VR): reduced adult price of 15 euros (except Easter Monday, April 25, and May 1);
- Palazzo Te, Mantua (MN): reduced admission;
- Bibiena Theater, Mantua (MN): reduced admission;
- Palazzo della Ragione and Clock Tower, Mantua (MN): reduced admission;
- MACA, Mantua (MN): reduced admission;
- Temple of San Sebastiano, Mantua (MN): reduced admission.
Important information:
- The Verona Card only gives admission to each museum/monument once.
- On the first Sunday of every month, from November to March, entrance to the public museums in Verona is just €1 (with the exception of Courtyard and House of Juliet which is not part of the promotion).
- The prices shown are subject to change, outside the control of the organisers.
- The Verona Card is non-refundable in the event of changes to the opening hours or the closure of the partner attractions, or in the event of a strike, public holiday or for other reasons, outside the control of the organisers.
- On buses run by ATV, the Verona Card must be validated each time by placing the card on the digital reader.
- The Verona Card is not valid on the Aerobus airport shuttle and on the extraurban bus service.
- Verona Card does not include the use of the elevator at the Tower of Lamberti (price of 1 euro to be paid on site)
- Verona Card does not include the use of the funicular
- Dogs are allowed in most of the Civic Museums of Verona, according to the new regulations and rules of conduct included in the Pet Policy.
- Free admission and discounts for children and young people are available for all the sites that can be visited.
- Some sites also offer cumulative tickets and special discounts.
- The opening times of all of the listed attractions, in particular the Arena and churches, are subject to change for shows, services, special events and public holidays.
Where can you purchase the Verona Card?
You can buy the card directly
- at the Tourist Information Office (located in Via Leoncino 61 - Piazza Brà, next to Arena),
- in museum and monuments (except for Tower of Lamberti, Lapidary Museum, Arche Scaligere and Juliet's House),
- in the main churches
- in authorised hotels
- in money exchange offices of Maccorp Italiana Spa - Forexchange at the Verona Porta Nuova Train Station and in via Cappello, 4.
You can buy the card online:
- on the websites of Get Your Guide, Headout, Tiqets and Tickets&Tours (the exchange of the voucher with the phisical card is at the Tourist Office located in via Leoncino, 61 and open every day except December 25 and January 1.)
- on the website of MIda Ticket (physical cards can be collected at any of Verona's Civic Museums, except for the Courtyard and Juliet's House and the Lapidary Museum Maffeiano). Cards can be collected from Tuesday to Sunday at one of the locations indicated on the voucher.
The cards must be converted before the actual use.
Is is mandatory to book the monuments?
As for the Arena, with the Verona Card you have priority access at gate 5. For all the other sites, skip-the-line priority access is NOT provided, even if you're in possession of a Verona Card.
To visit House of Juliet is mandatory to book a time of visit on the website: www.museiverona.com, selecting the option free Verona Card, even before you have exchanged the card.
